Wiiliam D was repealed by Dominquero who led the entire way Dominquero ridden by Brem Liburd had an easy lead throughout until he was contested up the hill but later repealed the bid from the big gun William D. Junior on the home stretch. William D. Junior was prominent throughout, approaching the hill, he made his move but couldnt sustain it.

Favorite race ever. The triple crowns in 2015 and 2018 were cool but nothing will ever beat the drama of this race for me. Still absolutely crushed I'll Have Another never got his shot at the Belmont.

I literally watched all the triple crown races since 2000 or 1990 (I did both on separate occasions just can't remember which one I did first) and I remember this race stood out to me i kept coming back to watch it.

'Tiz Now' 2nd Breeder Classic call is my favorite.
His closing speed was unmatched. This horse had different type of ability woulda won the triple crown.
He had that extra gear nobody else had that year. It was liked Mario pushed a button and said "go" and the horse said, "okay." LOL

Damn, “I’ll Have Another” was something special. First time I got emotional when I found out he couldn’t go on due to a hairline fracture. Ill never ever forget The Kentucky Derby & Preakness 2012.

My neighbor’s daughter worked for the owner of I’ll Have Another, so I kinda had a personal stake in this horse. It’s just a shame they couldn’t run him in the Belmont. He would’ve been the 12th TC winner.
I’ll Have Another, was the only horse I ever got emotional about. For the team, what an emotional roller coaster, from knowing you have an extremely special horse, that seems to just know when to kick it in, to hearing of the fracture. The only good out of all this, is the other poor bastard owner, didn’t have to witness, for a third time, his horse get run down by IHA in the stretch. …….and I’ll never forget that name either.

I never get tired of watching I'll Have Another.
One of my favorite horses, never raced as the betting favorite, ultimate underdog.
Larry has to be the worst race caller ever... friggen drama queen... a total unnatural.
If only Bodemeister had a trainer that could win the big one.

I laid my whole check on I'll have another in the derby. $450 brought me Close to $7500. Then he wins the preakness and I walked away decent. When I found out they scratched him in the Belmont I was mad af!!! Still have mixed feelings on that decision and why it happened.

We just had a bay filly born this week by I'll Have Another out of Chalky (IRE), and the foal is all legs! Last year, Paul Reddam has reacquired I'll Have Another. I'll glad that such a great horseman as Mr. Reddam will look after I'll Have Another once he retires completely in the coming years, but for now, I'm super glad he's back in the US, and standing in California.
